Privacy

Soleii holds period data and messages between two people, which is about as personal as data gets. We keep only what the app needs to run. We don’t sell it, we don’t use it for advertising, and we don’t hand it to data brokers.

What we collect

Your account. Your name, your email address, and whether you’re the person tracking or the partner. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google and nothing else. You can also choose a character and a profile picture.

Cycle and health data. For tracking accounts: period start dates, average cycle length, period duration, predicted dates, and daily logs covering flow intensity, how you were feeling, and any notes you write.

Your partner link. An invite code, the status of the link, the nicknames you each choose, and the character assigned to your partner.

What you send each other. Sunflares, hearts, check-ins, the care actions your partner marks as done, and whether each one was acknowledged.

Notification data. A push token for your device so notifications can reach you, and a short-lived log of whether each notification was delivered.

Subscription status. Whether your subscription or trial is active and when it expires. Payment itself runs through Google Play and RevenueCat. Your card details never reach us.

Crash reports and usage analytics. We use Sentry for crash reports and PostHog for usage events, such as which screens get opened. Sentry is configured not to attach your IP address or personal details to error reports. Neither service receives your cycle logs, your notes, or your messages.

Waitlist. If you signed up on this website, we hold your email address and nothing else.

What your partner can see

Your current cycle phase, and the messages you choose to send. That limit is enforced in the database, not just in the app: every partner link carries a share level of “phase only”, and it’s the only value the system accepts. Your partner never sees your period dates, your flow intensity, your feelings, or your notes.

Who else touches your data

Seven services help run the app, each doing one job:

• Supabase hosts the database and handles sign-in
• Expo delivers push notifications
• Google Play processes payments
• RevenueCat tells us whether your subscription is active
• Google Sign-In, if you choose to log in that way
• Sentry receives crash reports
• PostHog receives usage analytics

None of them receive your cycle or flow data, and none of them may use what they do see for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Your cycle, flow and account data stays for as long as your account exists. It’s your history, so we don’t quietly delete it.

Records that exist only to run the app clear themselves on a daily schedule. Notification delivery logs go after 30 days, in-app notifications after 60 days, and Sunflare records after 14 months, since your report card reads back over the past month and we keep a comfortable margin.

Deleting your account

Open Profile, then Account, then Delete account. It removes your account and everything attached to it, including your partner link. It happens immediately, it’s permanent, and we can’t restore it afterwards.

Children

Soleii isn’t intended for anyone under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect data from them.

Soleii is not medical advice

The app estimates cycle phases from what you log. Estimates are wrong sometimes. Soleii isn’t contraception, isn’t a pregnancy test, and isn’t a diagnosis. Talk to a qualified professional for health decisions.

Changes and contact

If we change how the app handles your data, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. For questions, a copy of your data, or a correction, email support@azynctra.com.
