These terms cover the Soleii app, this website, and any subscription you buy. Using Soleii means you accept them.

What Soleii is

Soleii is a cycle tracking app built for two people. One person logs their cycle. The other gets phase-aware context, prompts, and a way to help. Both sides need their own account.

Your account

Keep your login details to yourself, and tell us if someone else gets into your account. You’re responsible for what happens under it. You need to be 13 or older to use Soleii.

Partner links

Linking is invite-based, and you stay in control of it. Giving someone your invite code lets them see your current cycle phase and the messages you send them, so don’t share a code with anyone you wouldn’t want reading that. You can unlink at any time from Profile.

Subscriptions and billing

Soleii is a paid app. It’s $9.99 per month or $39.99 per year, and both plans start with a 3-day free trial. The prices shown in the app are the ones that apply to you, and they can vary by country.

Billing runs through Google Play. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. We send a reminder before your free trial runs out. You can cancel any time under Subscriptions in Google Play. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves your access running until the period you’ve paid for is over.

Refunds are handled by Google Play under their policy. We don’t process them ourselves.

Soleii is not medical advice

The app estimates cycle phases from what you log, and estimates are wrong sometimes. Soleii isn’t contraception, isn’t a fertility treatment, isn’t a pregnancy test, and isn’t a diagnosis. Don’t make a medical decision on the strength of what the app predicted. If something feels wrong with your body, talk to a qualified professional.

Sunflare alerts your linked partner and nobody else. It isn’t an emergency service, and it won’t reach paramedics, a doctor, or anyone outside your partner link. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Soleii to harass, monitor, or pressure anyone. Don’t try to reach another person’s data, break the app, or resell access to it. We can suspend accounts that do.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Soleii running, but we can’t promise it’ll be available without interruption. Features can change or be removed as the product develops. If we make a material change to these terms, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.

Liability

Soleii is provided as-is. So far as the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions taken on the basis of what the app predicted.
